The Pune Int. Logistics Order Admin services the needs of Ecolab customers and International Logistics group in order processing and transportation planning related functions while maximizing service, driving process efficiencies and cost savings.

This position is located at our Pune, India office and is responsible for raw material order processing of supplier based at US.
Timely communication with internal / external customers to resolve order intake issues, retrieval, storage, and fulfillment of requests for shipping documents as well as track and trace of incoming orders, other requests and order status with specified SLAs and accuracy levels.
To perform this job successfully an individual should have experience in raw material procurement function. Also is highly organized, has strong written and verbal English communication skills and is willing to become a subject matter expert.
Main Responsibilities :
Raw Materials Processing :
Shipping and Product Documents : ensure timely and accurate document availability for each order to meet customer and regulatory requirements by retrieving documents, uploading them into a document depository and sending documents per customers’ requests to meet the requiring customer level of service requirements.
Order Tracking and reporting : Maintain effective track & trace process for in-transit shipments and for document requests.
Create Daily / weekly / monthly reporting with given metrics. Communicate effectively over phone and e-mail to provide information and resolve issues with internal and external customers Understand and assist in the operations process, supporting all administrative aspects from receipt of order to delivery of products.
High Level of Urgency : Demonstrates urgency to resolve issues with internal and external customers Escalates issues appropriately and promptly to ensure optimum customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
Work directly with the transportation teams and service providers to confirm the order is moving through the supply chain within expected and communicated lead times.
Utilizes call management skills, ensuring availability and ownership of internal customer calls Escalates issues appropriately and promptly to ensure optimum customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
Effectively sets priorities in order to meet workload, commitments, and all applicable established departmental goals. Anticipates and manages workload by escalating to their respective team and / or Manager, as required, to meet current workload requirements.
Manages assigned backlog accurately, efficiently, and completely. Ensures established business processes are followed, while maintaining complete and accurate order files.
