Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Understand the requirements and translate them to Test Cases / Test Execution
  • Track and report upon testing activities, including testing results, test case coverage, required resources, defects discovered and their status, performance baselines, etc.,
  • Log project related issues in the defect tracking tool identified for the project
  • Undertake and complete all assigned tasks
  • Required experience and skill sets :

  • Extensive Manual Testing experience with IVR (Interactive Voice Response) application including Test Planning, Test Case Design, System and Functional Testing, complete projects deliverable within set timelines and quality standards
  • Experience in Contact Centre Technologies, understanding of call flows, call routing. Logic and Data that drives testing call routing technologies
  • Experience in DTMF (Dual Tone Multi Frequency)
  • Experience with UNIX and reviewing output logs
  • Experience in IVR Speech Recognition
  • Cyara Tool experience.
  • Writing IVR Test Cases
  • Test experience in IVR Application is mandatory
  • Good experience with using SQL (PostgreSQL)
  • Knowledge on tools like JIRA / ETL / Reporting
  • Knowledge on maintaining test environment
  • Excellent Communication skill
