This role is essential in creating customer loyalty and efficient support. Data Processing Specialists are the first point of contact for all product support incoming requests.
The selected candidate will be responsible for providing assistance to the digital communications team to process and validate data, prepare data and distribution lists, test and broadcast email and SMS campaigns.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Timely response to data processing requests
Assist the digital communications team in preparing live campaigns for SMS and Newsletters

The candidate should possess a deep understanding of the digital marketing principles, have good cross- functional collaboration techniques, and be a great practitioner for an enhanced customer experience.
He / She should possess be able to effectively execute communication campaigns and manage, cultivate data and prepare analytics to derive key insights that influence marketing campaigns.
Develop and execute outbound email, SMS and other campaigns using web tools provided by the client.
Review data analysis, business KPIs, consumer insights and other relevant data to assist with decision making, planning and content optimization.
Freshers with degree in Computers or Marketing domain
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook
Basic HTML knowledge will be an added skill
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with cross functional teams
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems and processes and put them into practical use
Strong active listening skills
