What's the role?

  • As the Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the Head of APAC Partner sales in several key areas including but not limited to;
  • reporting, analysis, coordination and admin support to the team. The key objective of this role is to enable the Head of APAC partner organization to effectively and in a timely manner plan the future departmental strategy as well as centrally managed activities for the team.

    Your main responsibilities include :

  • Working closely with Head of APAC partner sales to understand reporting needs to aid effective planning for the region or business group.
  • Supporting the APAC partner team with internal coordination with cross groups like legal, program team, marketing etc.
  • Preparing of internal presentations in close collaboration with the Business head.
  • Generating data analysis and making key recommendations whilst always monitoring and reporting changes which impact the business group.
  • Creating and maintaining centralized reports and associated documents.
  • Effectively co-ordinating key initiatives as assigned across the region in close alignment with management team.
  • Developing and reviewing documentation whilst identifying areas for improvement.
  • Maintaining and arranging Partner Sales Head's diary and coordinating travel arrangements and expenses submission.
  • Coordinating and arranging internal and external meetings for the team, including meeting room reservations, catering and capturing meeting minutes and actions.

    You are a strong fit for this role if you possess the following skills, competencies and experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience of working in a corporate environment.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,)
  • Experience in reporting tools (Peoplesoft, Clarity, Hyperion or similar)
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken. Any additional Asian language is a plus
  • Independent and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to operate with self-initiative in dynamic situations
  • Ability to accommodate changes in roles and responsibilities, and organization change
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality on sensitive matters.
