Educational Qualification and Experience

B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics stream

3-5 years’ of relevant work experience


Roles and Responsibilities :

The job involves but not limited to the following Roles and Responsibilities

Manage the existing accounts and clients / customers and acquiring new ones within an established geographic territory thus generating the pipeline for business needs

The Business Development Executive is at the center of the communication of the team. He must collect and share information coming from everywhere and give the tools for the Sales Representative

Provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing with proper communication & Co-ordination within & across departments.

Handle general sales enquiries, telephone calls, emails and ensure proper follow-up by respective Sales Managers in a timely manner

Maintain and upkeep all sales database, sales kits, collaterals, and all filing system which includes vital information of companies, contacts, profiles

Carry out and conduct market research, competitor analysis and customer surveys

Plan, coordinate and prepare events / activities and visits

Develop Skills to learn & implement CRM / SAP & update it on timely basis.

To prepare and send out sales proposals, confirmation contracts and agreements

Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensures it’s strong presence

Highly organized and structured

Languages : English, Need to know Kannada Language and any other South Indian language would be an added advantage
