Position : Sales Enablement Trainer (SET) FMCG Distribution
Requirement : Immediate
Location : West Bengal : Cochin , Calicut
JD Training Executive / Process Trainer FMCG Distribution
SET will support in expansion for Hiring, Training and Certification of newly joined Sales Executives for a new location.
He will guide during customer onboarding and handhold the team up to launch of Warehouse. Post Launch he will travel to next warehouse / location to be launched.
SET must deliver training / refresher as per defined norms on processes, standards, metrics / KPIs, products, etc. for Sales Executive / frontline team in coordination with City Manager and Central Sales Team
Mode of delivery of training will be a combination OJT (On Job Training) / Coaching and Classroom Training (both Online & Offline).
Some of these may involve the use of Mobile Applications.
Will be responsible for the capability development and certification of resources at 6+ Warehouses (30-40 Sales Executives) during BAU (non-expansion period)
Expected to cover at least 2 Warehouses per week (8 OJTs per month)
Expected to target / drive minimum 25% increment in identified KPIs post training deployment
SET must report on Training deployment progress of Assigned Warehouses, and on targets assigned with respect to coverage and modules to be covered
SET will also be responsible for capturing the Voice of Frontline team and market (through app or other means) which would act as inputs to Sales Enablement team to increase the effectiveness of Training modules
Role would involve extensive traveling (mostly within the state)
