This role is a Full Stack Engineer but for the purposes of the Career Framework, it will formally be called a Senior Technical Specialist.
You are responsible for
Configuration and Development of user story solutions (design, develop, test).
Delivery of user stories.
Version control and release management.
Testing using in-house test tools and devices.
Troubleshooting / problem management.
Implementation and documentation.
3rd level support.
Minimum 5 years’ experience, B.E / BCA / BSc IT required.
Payments domain knowledge from a payment services background in the technology space
Able to follow and apply object orientated methodologies
Experience in using agile and waterfall methodologies desirable
Exposure to version control and release management
Use of toolsets such as JIRA, Atlassian, Jenkins, GIT, S3
Understanding of operational service (including regulatory compliance) required
In-depth knowledge of ISO8583 message protocols essential (esp. VISA & Mastercard Scheme messaging)
Exposure to financial test tools (T3, VTS, VersaTest, etc.) helpful.
NCR NDC ATM message processing knowledge useful.
POS device message processing knowledge also helpful.
Ability to break down and identify fields in XML messages.
Verbal and written communication (English) skills essential.
