We are funded by Vertex Ventures, Fullerton Financial Holding and Rocket Internet Roles and Responsibilities Develop Fraud Prevention strategies for the Business.

Conduct Fraud Modelling exercise and design new use cases of potential fraud. Serve as Subject Matter Expert for Fraud Detection System, and suggest the team how to leverage efficient processes and technology.

Identify & Analyze high risk transactions within the business portfolio. Measure and document ROI / business impact for business enhancements.

Work with business leaders to explain and level set fraud event issues and concepts. Observe customer transactions to identify fraudulent activity such as account take over, friendly fraud, theft and similar other risks.

Identify fraudulent transactions and cancel them from further processing. Resolve queued transactions within service level agreements to reduce potential revenue losses.

Interact with stakeholders to validate information and to confirm or cancel authorizations. Investigate records to identify unauthorized transactions and fraudulent accounts.

Maintain fraud analysis models to improve efficiency and effectiveness of company systems. Ensure confidentiality of all information collected during investigation.

Determine existing fraud trends by analysing accounts and transaction patterns. Implement new Use cases in the Fraud Prevention system.

Identify system improvements to prevent fraudulent activities. Recommend anti-fraud processes for changing transaction patterns and trends.

Generate suspicious activity reports and risk management reports for Managers. Experience 3-7 Years Desirable Qualifications, Training and Experience Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn the business needs, processes, software, and systems.

Good Written, Communication Skills & Presentation Skills. Must be an IT graduate (BE / BSC(IT / CS) / BCA / MCA). Certifications in Fraud Prevention preferred.

Ability to act as a bridge between finance business processes, technology and data / analytics. 3-7 years experience in Fraud Detection Domain and / or investigation preferably in the financial services industry.

Act as an Escalation point for the team to solve, investigate Fraud scenarios. Technical Experience with Designing Fraud Prevention Systems preferred.

Personal Attributes required Highly motivated and can-do attitude who wants to deliver results quickly. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail. Perform independently, be flexible and fast.
