Xoxoday is looking to hire skilled Key Account Managers to oversee and strengthen relationship with company's existing accounts.

The person will be responsible for building relationships, escalation management and cross / upsell of Xoxoday's SaaS Platform and related services to these accounts.

The ideal candidate will be be apt in building strong relationships with strategic customers. The candidate will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company's solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction and growth.

The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.

Duties and responsibilities :

  • Setup regular engagement mechanism with the key clients through regular business reviews, webinars and client training
  • Develop a through understanding of client's needs, translating it into requirements and working to execute as a program manager
  • Prepare Revenue and profitability budgets for the assigned accounts.
  • Maintain the existing revenue stream from the client
  • Work on day to day client requirements like order processing, escalation management and other requirements
  • Work with cross functional teams in the organisation to achieve the above
  • Identify cross / upsell opportunities by developing a deep understanding of the client's business and engagement with Xoxoday
  • Improve client engagement, NPS and minimise client churn
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
  • Work on business proposals, pricing discussions, negotiations and deal closure
  • Desired Profile :

  • At least 3-4 years of work experience in Key Account Management Role (B2B Accounts)
  • Prior experience in selling or managing clients for SaaS products e.g. CRMs, ERP solutions and similar enterprise solutions
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Hands on experience on account management CRMs like Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot and similar
  • Ability in problem solving and negotiations
  • Bachelor degree from a reputed organisation. MBA will be an added advantage
