Specifically, the role involves hiring and building a world-class team, including : Identifying the best talent in the market & manage the recruitment process end-to-endManaging productive relationships with recruitment partners and track performancePartnering with and manage multiple stakeholders, provide regular information and dataÂ Tracking moves and build long-term relationships with top potential talent within the IndustryEnsuring compliance with local and national employment policies and lawsSupporting implementation of new HR Programs, initiatives and activitiesRequirements : Demonstrated experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, ideally in a start-up environment (ability to work in a fast paced environment with competing demands)Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
