Responsibilities

To be successful in this role the individual must be able to work effectively in a fluid, fast-paced environment as well as multitask.

In addition, he / she must be able to demonstrate the ability to independently drive and maintain projects. This role requires good communication skills, with team members, clients and leadership.

Qualifications

Experience in managing a large team for a global client (US preferred). Experience in taking ownership of delivery of large service.

Proven ability to manage large team(s) Understanding of various Operational processes such as escalation process, event monitoring, server management etc.

Understanding of Continuous Improvement methodologies. Experience with enterprise ticketing tools like Remedy and ServiceNow Excellent understanding of SLAs, KPIs, metrics and reporting on the service performance and ability generate and report metrics to senior leadership Experience in attracting and hiring excellent talent.

Experience in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Sharepoint, Splunk, monitoring tools etc. Understanding of the application and web security controls, TCP / IP concepts, firewalls, and database preferred
