Job Description

We are hiring for customer support executives with work from home facility for our domestic clients in Ed-Tech sector.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Receive customer calls and provide campaign / product-related information.

2. Always up to date with the product information to avoid any miscommunication.

3. Drop emails to the management with the daily activities.

4. Update the CRM about the customer queries.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Any graduate with good Hindi and English communication.

2. Should be familiar with the computer and internet.

3. Work from home facility is available.

4. Minimum of 6 months experience in customer support profile.

Job Type : Full-time

Salary : 15,000.00 - 20,000.00 per month
