The Support Analyst is responsible for Microsoft Office 365 administration with a focus on end-user solution delivery and support.
The Team Member in this position will work with internal customers and external partners to design and implement business solutions using the Office 365 workloads, particularly Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Automate, and PowerApps.
Support end-users at all levels of the organization through email, chat, phone, and TSD
Design solutions to suit business needs using Office 365
Research and provide recommendations regarding new features and technologies
Establish and maintain a collaborative relationship with knowledge workers throughout the
company as well as to leverage these relationships to provide customer service specific to
each department’s information needs.
Design and provide instruction in the use of the system and guidance on how business areas can maximize opportunities provided by the system and diverse software environments.
