The Digital Analytics team is focused on understanding customer engagement with Citi’s digital offerings & how that impacts their overall engagement with and value for Citi.
Some of the team’s focus areas are :
Digital engagement : Driving customers to become digitally engaged with Citi and ensuring that their digital activity is sustained
Omni-channel analytics : Understanding customer behavior across digital and offline channels, and identifying opportunities to increase engagement and drive value
Site / app enhancements : Driving improvements to site and app to ensure better customer experience & higher digital usage
Campaign impact : Designing campaigns to help drive adoption of digital solutions, measuring their impact and optimizing campaign strategy

Proficient in formulating analytical methodology, identifying trends and patterns with data
Strong logical reasoning ability
Experience in test design and campaign analytics
Experience in usage of different analytical techniques, like segmentation, predictive modeling, time series forecasting, hypothesis testing, optimization etc.
Established competency in one or more of the following Financial Analysis Business Analysis Statistical Modeling
Experience working with data from different sources and of different complexity
Tools and Platforms
Proficient in SAS / R and SQL
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Experience on Hive
Domain Skills (Preferred)
Knowledge of Credit Card Business & P&L statement, Understanding of Retail Banking Business
Understanding of customer life cycle in financial services industry
Ability to understand complex business problems, break them down into simpler solvable parts and develop analytical approaches to tackle them
Ability to drive clear and comprehensive communication flow between business stakeholders and the team and vice versa, translating analytical findings into key insights and actionable recommendations
Building and managing high performance teams
Ability to coach and mentor team members on an ongoing basis
Ability to drive ideation on analytical projects to tackle strategic business priorities
Comfort on working with ambiguity and open ended questions
Strong process / project management skills
Contribute to organizational initiatives in wide ranging areas including competency development, training, organizational building activities etc.
Education and Experience :
MBA / Master degree in Economics / Statistics / Mathematics / Information Technology / Computer Applications / Engineering from a premier institute, or BTech / B.
E in Information Technology / Information Systems / Computer Applications
Preferred) Post Graduate in Computer Science, Mathematics, Operations Research, Statistics, Econometrics, Management Science and related fields
6 to 10 years of hands on experience in business analytics
Preferred) Business analytics experience in banking or financial services industry
