Key Accountabilities :
Process and record new insurance policies via vendor Ensure adherence of TAT for processing all transactions. Maintain the conversion ratio as per company standards.
Adherence to Quality standards and norms. Coordination with Vendor for Policy Login, Data entry Coordination with Sales, Underwriters and Branch Operations.
Suggest & implement improvements in processes & service levels. Contribution in team activities. Responsible for handling customer related queries
Knowledge / Experience / Skills
Health insurance experience
Exposure to quality systems
MS Office proficiency
