To project manage a range of innovation-related projects, including planning, tracking, reporting, documentation, communication and issue resolution
To work with business analysts and other business stakeholders to evaluate and assess ideas and take forward as innovation projects
Key Responsibilities
Have responsibility for planning, implementation and oversight of innovation projects across the organisation
Proactively manage and mitigate project dependencies, issues and risks and champion a 'no surprises' management culture
Partner with SMEs and the broader stakeholders to develop communications plans
Collaborate with business analysts and other stakeholders to transform unformed ideas into tangible outcomes
Secure and maintain support from key stakeholders (including senior executives)
Experience and Qualifications Required
A generalist with strong project relationship management, project management and organisational skills
Proven experience in managing multiple projects and timelines
A good understanding of agile methodologies and the project manager's role in it, including prioritisation, technical and project risk assessment, project timelines and so on
Ability to work with internal clients and partners to understand audience eg : what is relevant to them, and how they should receive information;
key messages that need to be conveyed and how to effectively package information, especially for executive-level delivery
Excellent writing and editorial skills, ability to process large amounts of information and / or data and distill them itno relevant messages
Experience of full Microsoft Office suite, including using tools such as Jira and Confluence
