Replicon is currently looking for a Process Excellence Trainer for its Marketing functions, in an individual contributor role.
The process trainer will be responsible for and expected to design and deliver role appropriate training programs for new marketing and demand generation team hires, manage a library of process workflow documents, and promote operational best practices.
The role demands superior communication and collaboration skills to liaise with SMEs, Sales, Marketing, L&D and SD leads in order to meet the training needs in line with industry best practices. Responsibilities :
Collate data and information on individual marketing processes, and identify cross-functional best practices
Maintain and update all process documents of various marketing groups
Responsible for onboarding new hires as well as planning, designing, and conducting custom training programs periodically
Prepare training materials and conduct workshops using a variety of instructional techniques such as role-playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, lectures, etc.
Maintain and develop training manuals, calendar, content, and relevant course materials
Analyze individual KPIs and provide measured feedback to ensure process excellence
Advocate marketing process best practices with external stakeholders and L&D partners
Impeccable oral and written communication skills
Excellent presentation skills
Depth and breadth of experience in marketing, demand generation and / or marketing-operations roles
At least 2-years of experience in coaching and mentoring large process-oriented teams
High level of organization and communication skills, attention to detail, and hands-on’ approach
Ability to quickly learn new tools, and adapt to new processes
Should be flexible to work during the North American Shifts.
