We are looking for payroll specialist with 7- 8 years of relevant experience on a full-time role managing India region payroll for 2500+ employees.
Candidate should have knowledge in payroll and Labour laws compliances
Duties & accountabilities
for all 3 offices in India (Noida, Gurgaon and Bangalore)
Education and experience
Post-Graduation in Commerce.
7-8 years of respective experience in India Payroll
Person must be having a Corporate expertise in Payroll and should be well served with the process required to handle Vendor and how to get the payroll closed as per the timelines.
Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Should have positive approach towards work and be open for new changes.
Displays energy, drive and stamina.
Open minded, flexible and willing to adapt to changing situations.
Comfortable working with global teams operating across different time zones.
Must be an good communicator both written and verbally.
Must be a strong team player.
Ability to collaborate effectively with overseas team.
