Manage stakeholder communications within Risk & Compliance, technology, frequently across Lines of Business or Corporate Functions, and other areas of BNY Mellon.
Must be adept at building consensus with stakeholders across organizational and functional lines. Responsible to develop partnership with technology coumterpart(s) for project delivery.

Responsible for proactively identifying escalating and resolving risks and issues of the project, including proactive mitigation and other steps to resolve these or reduce impact.

Make effective decisions that are in the interest of project and program goals. Ensure effective project testing and operational readiness.

Bachelorâs degree required. Advanced Degree in Business, MIS, and Technology related and / or PMP preferred.
10Â years related experience required and at least 5 years in a change project management with a Banking and Financial Services Company.
Risk and Compliance experience preferred.
