Job Role : SALES MANAGER - MSME.

Reporting to - Designation and Grad : ZONAL SALES MANAGER - MSME

Main Tasks

Plan daily / monthly sales activities for Sales Officers.

Daily monitoring of sales progress- lead generation, customer meetings, closures.

Achieve monthly sales volumes for MSME and cross-sell products.

Hire, train and maintain a Quality Sales Team

Collection responsibility for Soft Buckets.

Areas of Responsibility

Monthly / Annual Sales Volumes / Portfolio as per budget plan.

Responsible for metrics IRR, ATS, Insurance conversion

Responsible for cross sell targets.

Skill Sets

Unsecured Micro / small ticket / Biz loan Sales background. LAP Sales experience ( not mandatory) Local market knowledge about sectors / competitors’ products, Team building& leading experience.
