To work for the EMR&CM business, part of Connected Care, and to be responsible for the execution of cross functional, global projects according to the Products Roadmap ensuring all-in business and Technology goals are met.

Lead projects from cradle to grave , demonstrating landmark achievements according to Product Development, Launch and Maintenance.

Leading multi-functional teams, product development, operations and resource planning and execution, customer support planning and execution.

Working specifically on the Collaborative Care Ecosystem (CCE) project and other Platformization initiatives. The Collaborative Care Ecosystem platform enables the communication between various applications such that they can collaborate to provide end-2-end solutions to customer problems.

The platform is intended to be used as an integration layer as part of a solution.

This position requires a unique set of skills including deep security technology knowledge and experience, strong project management, and the ability to communicate technology and architectural choices to internal stakeholders.

You are responsible for

  • Driving Software development realization and launch of software products; on time, on budget, on cost with targeted performance, leveraging global industrial component footprint.
  • Being a direct communication point for global operations of the software product, Service and or solution.
  • Building and leading virtual team(s). These teams include all functions : product definition, development, Verification and Validation, DevOps & operation, customer support (installation, application and service), finance, legal and Quality / Regulatory.
  • Leading the team in the overall project planning and execution. Establishing strong operating mechanisms to track progress, identifying and managing risks, overcoming obstacles, and defining recovery plans.
  • Using Product Development, Launch and Maintenance SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) to assure efficient project execution.
  • Presenting project status to management as required through periodic reports and formal project reviews.

  • Synchronizing with other projects and / or programs to assure that projects requirements are fulfilled in a balanced way.
  • Driving collaboration with Product and Project Manager, Operations and Customer Support representatives, Quality and Regulatory personnel and other Project / Program Managers to deploy and to continuously improve the Life cycle management process.
  • Recommending and implementing process improvements to ensure high quality and to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the Chief Architect Office, engineers from R&D across EMR&CM and Service & Support team in providing optimal solutions to Philips customer

    You are a part of

    The PMO (Project Management Office) group, a part of the Electronic Medical Record & Care Management software business.

    To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • 5+ years’ experience in a project management role within a Software matrix environment, across multiple sites, and through the entire product lifecycle (Concept / Approval Production Release)
  • PMP or relevant certifications
  • Experience in Agile / Safe methodologies
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Software medical device industry with good understanding of development processes in medical regulatory environment, business aspects and clinical domain
  • Good understanding of Product Development Processes & Launch
  • Understanding and affinity to work in an innovation and / or business incubation context. Dealing with uncertainty, comfortable with Ambiguity
  • Good communicator and team player, influencing skills, conflict resolution, assertiveness, negotiation in collaboration with management
  • Strong presentation skills (written and verbal), appropriate to both management and customer audiences.
  • Willingness to travel (5% )
