Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage hiring of the employees, attendance and payroll.

Coordinating with hiring managers for the closure of the position.

  • Workforce Management Employee Exit Management Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements;
  • conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.

    Implementation of the Action Plan by breaking them down to Objectives, Tasks, Roles and Responsibilities for every single employee.

    Email followup from employers Recruitment and Selection, Joining Formalities, Statutory Compliance, Exit Formalities, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Attendance and Leave Management HR Executive

    Should have knowledge on full recruitment life cycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiating, documenting, induction and on-boarding activities.

    Primary responsibilities will include liaising with existing employees and employment agencies, managing day to day HR Activities, including filing of monthly, annual and other ESI and PF returns, conducting periodic trainings, maintaining attendance and other HR records.

    Desired Candidate Profile

    Work closely with management to determine hiring needs and review and understand job requisitions

    Good organisational skills and able to pay attention to detail.

    The candidate must have relevant work experience of HR domain.

    Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of HR Best Practices.

    Willingness to work hard, must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    preferred,1-2 years management experience in HR, Highly computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) and various HR software programs including HRIS.

    Bachelors Degree in human resources, business administration, finance or related field , Masters Degree
