Looking for an individual with experience in quantitative and qualitative consumer market research with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The person will be supporting CBIA managers on day-to-day market research activities , manage and coordinate DIY research projects such as Zappi, Google etc.
as well as labour intensive research (e.g. Discuss.IO) and small scale events incl. webinars, lunch &; learns, etc.
Should be willing to work on Desk Research projects i.e. find research reports on a previously researched topic, using internal and other sources.
Then, read and review research reports and summarize data &; learnings succinctly.
Finally, the individual will also manage ongoing operational, administrative and compliance tasks related to running consumer research
5-8 years of experience in consumer research with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Also, client specifically needed CVs with qualitative and quantitative research experience in FMCG / consumer health.
Handling market research portfolio from client side would be an advantage
Education - MBA (marketing), M.A Economics, M.A / M.Sc. Statistics / Mathematics
Â· Experience in end to end consumer research in FMCG / OTC brands (writing briefs / proposals, survey designing, data analysis, report writing).
Ability to map business objective with research objective
Â· Handling market research portfolio from client side would be an advantage
Â· Should have experience in quantitative and qualitative market research
Â· Experienced with digital / DIY research platforms, and in developing questionnaires / discussion guides
Â· Able to synthetize and reframe data from a broad range of sources, into clear frameworks and recommendations that drive business action
Â· Experience managing insight vendor / agency relationships, controlling quality and delivery schedules, and aligning agency deliverables with internal stakeholders' needs
Â· Proficient at Excel and ideally SPSS, with excellent numerical reasoning skills
