Day to day operations of Data Center(DC), Redhat Linux Operating Systems, Windows Server operating systems, Storage and backups Infrastructure, Troubleshooting Networks.
This includes supports of system implementation and migration, management of system alerts, incidents, change request and service request from system owners.
Root cause analysis for complex problems. Creating Documentation for IT Standard Procedure and Work
Instruction. Support maintenance like Patch, Upgrade, Reboot during planned maintenance windows which may include weekend.
Ability to co-ordinate and work with Global IT team and Support of resolution of critical Incidents also after regular business hours.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to facilitate technical discussions over VOIP with clients and Vendors all over the world.
