OBIA Senior Consultant
The position is suited for individuals who have the ability to work in a constantly challenging environment and deliver effectively and efficiently.
The individual will need to be adaptive and able to react quickly to changing business needs.
OBIA Developer :
The OBIEE Developer / Designer will be responsible for customizing the out of the box RPD (Oracle Repository Metadata) and performing new development in the Rpd model according to the project requirement
The OBIEE Developer / Designer will be responsible for customizing the out of the box reports and create new report using the Oracle BI Tool according to the project requirement.
The OBIA Developer / Designer will be responsible for customizing the out of the box ETL routines and creating new ETL routines using ODI
The OBIA Developer / Designer will be able to configure the BI Application Configuration Manager and Functional Set Up Manager based on the source system parameters
The OBIA Developer / Designer will execute and monitor incremental and full data load using BI Application Configuration Manager
Create unit test scripts and execute the scripts for data load process and the reporting functionality
Provide support for system testing, user acceptance testing , application deployment and post production support
The OBIA Developer / Designer should be responsible for OBIEE environment and User Security set up leveraging the out of the box configuration.
Education : Bachelors / Master’s degree in Computer Science / MCA / M.Sc / MBA
6-9 years of experience in implementation of Data-warehouse / BI solutions
Experience in any 2 OBIA application (preferably Finance & Procurement Spend)
Scheduling Tools (BIACM,DAC)
Should have strong problem solving and analytical capabilities
Should be well versed with Data-warehousing concepts
Should have development hands-on experience on customizing out of the box Metadata Repository and building new metadata content using Oracle BI Tool.
Should have development hands-on experience on modifying out of the box reports and building new reports using the Oracle BI Tool.
Should have development hands-on experience with customizing the out of the box ODI package and creation of custom ODI routines
Should have experience in configuring Oracle BI Configuration Manager and Functional Setup Manager
Should have worked in at least one RDBMS like Oracle, Teradata, SQL Server or DB2.
Performance Tuning skills on Reporting and ETL routines are desirable
Should have participated in different kinds of testing like Unit Testing, System Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
Should have participated in at least 2 end-to-end implementation of Data-warehouse / BI solutions using Oracle BI Apps (preferably Finance and Procurement & Spend)
Should be well versed with understanding of design documents like HLD, LLD etc.
Should be self-starter in solution implementation with inputs from design documents
Should have experience in Oracle BI specific scheduling tools (BIACM,DAC)
Candidate should possess good communication skills. Should have experience to work in onshore / offshore delivery model.
