The person would be expected to drive the design process of interface design.
This would start with scoping the project, understanding user needs and translating them into a cogent briefing document.
This would be followed by analyzing user inputs into user experience flows and scenarios to discuss with the development team for feasibility and compliance with brand design identity.
The person would do hands-on work through the all stages of design : concept generation, wireframes and visual design.

Located in Gurgaon and Bangalore, Philips Design plays a key role in the entire proposition creation process from facilitating co-creation approach to defining user experience to implementation in products and services.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Degree / diploma from a reputed design institute in interaction design. 2-8 years of experience in similar industry.
Proficiency in Adobe suite of softwares. Knowledge of programming softwares would be an additional benefit.
Analytical and conceptual skills :
Ability to analyse required information to form relevant understanding of the context and define insights in the domain of healthcare.
Ability to create surprising and relevant scenarios / themes / concepts that articulate a proposition, based on contextual understanding.
Functional Design skills :
Ability to define and direct the engineering team with interface and interaction principles according to brand usability guidelines.
Ability to feed regional and modality specific understanding back into global usability forum with clarity and accuracy.
Ability to develop and use information architectures and information flows. Ability to understand technology constraints and trends, development tools.
Ability to challenge and find opportunities within given technology framework.
Visual Design skills :
Ability to use appropriate skills like sketching, prototyping to define and communicate interaction concepts. Ability to direct the development team with clarity and accuracy in the use of brand design identity keeping in mind the target audience and technical constraints.
Communicating and influencing skills :
Ability to choose right communication style and tools to communicate effectively and persuasively at individual and group level.
Ability to develop stakeholder relationships and build networks to achieve short-term and long-term goals.
