Your Team

The Global Product Strategist (GPS) has accountability for developing a company vision for CRM and Sales & Marketing Enablement, factoring in regional commercial priorities to align a global roadmap for functionalities and capabilities.

You will work closely with the Regional CRM Product Strategists and with regional Sales & Marketing Enablement leads, to identify, drive and prioritise capabilities with global scale, where appropriate, shepherding tool approvals and funding as required.

Your Role

The GPS will be the central point of contact for certain global Marketing / Sales Enablement tools including global webinar tools and global CRM.

You will also drive global projects that affect Sales & Marketing Enablement including, Data Initiative, Enterprise Content Management, and Red Oak implementation.

Specifically, you will be responsible for :

Collaboratively defining and driving capability strategy, vision, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with regional partners, key stakeholders, and their commercial priorities, including finding opportunities to scale this globally

Working closely with local & regional Product owners to ensure local roadmaps are up to date to facilitate an understand global component needs.

Ensuring the successful implementation of key global projects, including ECS, Data, Red Oak.

Being a system owner and point person for global Sales & Marketing Enablement tools, partnering with key functions, including Technology and Compliance, to advance projects, meet objectives, and remove roadblocks.

Ensuring domain & tool project funding and approvals

Providing leadership to the Global CRM Product Owner

Leading Sales & Marketing Enablement communications.

Playing the role of a strategic partner across teams, in line with commercial and strategic objectives

Understanding and staying ahead of the latest trends affecting this domain.

The skills and experience you’ll bring

Agile product management, especially with large-scale, distributed cloud products

Outstanding communication and business partnering skills, especially with global teams and their potentially different regional priorities

Ability to break down sophisticated problems into simple solutions which meet customer needs

Ability to handle complexity, and interdependencies in an organised and structured way.

Love building trusted relationships, with the ability to empower and influence teams

Possess an inquisitive and innovative mentality with a demonstrated ability to recognize opportunities to build distinctive value

Solid business acumen including the ability to think strategically and exhibit sound business judgement
