  • Better requires process discipline and simplification*As a member of our engineering team, you will design, implement, integrate, and optimize Enterprise Logging solution at the core of Western Union technology world.
  • You will work closely with the Monitoring and ITSM teams to enrich the Log data to drive efficiency and automation. You will be liaising with different teams and stakeholders, you will work to understand business problems and requirements, and will subsequently build processes and solutions to achieve desired outcomes.

    You will play critical role making Western Union IT operations more effective and efficient by enhancing collaboration, automation, change, event, incident and problem management processes and capabilities.

    For this role, we require you to have a technical degree or equivalent with 8+ years' experience in Observability / SRE / AWS / DevOps related technologies.

    You’ll have knowledge of at least one tool (ELK Stack (Elastic) / AWS OpenSearch) with experience in integration / implementation.

    It is preferable for you to have a good exposure on AWS cloud with experience on Ansible, Git, Jenkins, automation tools.

    You’ll come with ability to work on medium to complex projects independently and able to prioritize workload to achieve the team goals.
