Coordinate the resolution of high-priority BAU issues (late and missing payments)
Oversee and controll all BAU processes implemented within One Real Estate programme.
Provide daily support for dedicated 3rd party service provider / for onboarded Vodafone local markets and functions.
Be pivotal part of all improvementsand changes
Comply allprocess changes with SoS and Vodafone’s guidelines and controls.
Answer and investigate 3rd party queries to ensure seamless BAU flow for all back-office BAU transactions.
Support future Back-office implementation.
Collect best practicesand share with 3rd party service providers.
Drive simplicity within the ORE programme

Provides local market support for allfinance transaction and object management, planing and execution.
Works with 3rd party teams on system / process changes and deployments
Takes a leading role in developing improvement ideas regarding decreasing lead time and cost
Countinously follows all plannedglobal projects / changes (within Vodafone) and notify ORE 3rd party
Support 3rd party and internal technical teams to implement changes impacting ORE BAU
Participate and lead workshops and conference callsto discuss AP, AR and MD topics.
Follow up on SSC activity logs to ensure timely completion
Knowledge of relevant SAP modules
AP / AR / MD processknowledge
Financial accounting experience (desired)
SSC experience (desired)
Excellent English language (both written and verbal)
Excellent communication skills and ability to lead workshops with technical experts
Additional European language (plus)
Experience in working in virtual teams
Able to work idenpendently with minimum supervision
Willingness to work in GMT shift
Ability to understand country specific legal and technical requirements, complex processes
