Corporate PMO Program Manager : The charter of the Office of the CEO, India Team is to lead strategic change programs, strategic change initiatives and drive corporate PMO.
The Team plays multiple roles, of an advisor, confidant, gatekeeper, and strategic consultant to the India CEO and the Site Leaders.
Reporting to the, Director of PMO, Office of the CEO, India, this position has responsibility for establishing and sustaining governance and administration of strategic initiatives and projects across India and Ukraine.
The incumbent will be responsible for program management, reporting, risk management, and will lead the ownership and dissemination of program and project management standards and governance.
She / he would ensure India and Ukraine programs are managed efficiently / effectively and actively contribute to the team, providing views, analytical support and counsel.

Stakeholder management including Business Management and Technology Management
Establish and manage R&D leadership forums with representation from different product lines
Serve as single point of contact for relevant programs like Quarterly Business Reviews, Employee Town Halls, and India site Kick Off
Lead the collection, co-ordination, analysis and distribution of management information across initiatives
Define KPIs, establish reporting requirements and manage reporting process
Champion best practice and lead by example in implementation of existing / new PMO processes / procedures
Proactively identify areas for change across site wide programs and work with India Leadership to lead change
Act as subject matter expert to support implementation of project management best demonstrated practices
Own creation of monthly site snapshots, indicating health reports of India site initiatives.
What you bring to this role : Knowledge & Skills : Strong program management and PMO experience managing initiatives across multiple businesses, Highly motivated, self-
starter, matured leader with a keen eye for details.
Dynamic, effective communicator at all levels, in both structured and matrix setup.
Proven experience managing enterprise level initiatives / program timelines, risks, scope and budget. Proactive and resourceful, results-
oriented and highly organized in managing across organization. Exceptional influencing and motivational skills with the ability to resolve differences of opinion / approach.
