Immediate purpose :

Be point of contact and responsible for business analysis & offshore development deliveries for Fenergo.

Strong collaboration with local Testing, APS and onshore teams to provide inputs and direction for the platform.

Plan, manage, highlight risk, mitigation plans, execute deliveries and provide necessary reports to onshore and offshore Management.

Qualifications : BE / MBA


Prior project management experience in BFSI domain. Ability to master the KYC IT domain in short time.

Experienced in leading a 10+ member team (comprising of Business Analysts and / or Developers)

Good understanding of Agile / Scrum SDLC with ability to give direction to Developers, Business Analysts and Testers at different stages of SDLC.

Strong in Project Planning, Execution, People Management, Leadership skills and Digital Awareness.

Results driven Demonstrate clear motivation to get things done. Proactive in identifying areas improvement.

Ability to mentor, coach and empower team members. Maintain transparency with team in sharing objectives and improvement opportunities.

Promote a good place to work.

Strong analytical and process management skills to interpret & anticipate stakeholder needs and adapt.

Identify, assess, and record near-term business needs, recommend business priorities, and advise business on options, risks, and costs versus benefits.

Ability to collaborate both within team and across teams.

Within remit of responsibilities have ability to take decisions that are clear and timely, based on judgement after weighing up all facts, risks, constraints and available options.

Very Good Communication skills Ability to apply different interpersonal styles, approaches, methods of influencing according to the situation and audience to convince large audiences and gain agreement or acceptance of ideas, plans or propositions, even in unfamiliar setting.

Good Time management & multi-tasking skills.


Hands-on working experience on Client Life Cycle Management solution (For e.g. Fenergo, Custom Software, etc).

Adept on Financial Regulatory topics, ideally to include FATCA, MIFID, Dodd Frank, EMIR, etc.

Specialization or knowledge about Continuous Integration / Delivery, DevOps, Behaviour Driven Development, User Stories.

Ability to contribute to wider group and organization level initiatives.
