  • IT Project Manager,* , you will join a globally distributed team of software developers, scientists, who are into building Instrument Control software using Agile methodologies.
  • Manage the Software Development projects that use Dot Net, C#, Javascript, Embedded Linux etc tools that develop Desktop Based, Web Based software.
  • Roles & Responsibilities Manage Software Development Projects ensuring the delivery to meet the cost, schedule, scope, quality parameters using Agile, Scrum or other tools.
  • Ensure proper resource loading and global stakeholder engagement.* Weekly Project Reporting, Monitoring & Control : Track project performance KPIs Metrics, tools using PowerBI - DevOps* Manage team conflicts, risk assessment, Risk mitigation plan.
  • Helping software development teams apply the Scrum framework.* Planning work and helping teams to supervise performance.
  • Mentor team members on Agile methodologies.* Resolving issues that hinder the team’s work.* Assist the product owner with product backlog.
  • Ensures that team members know their respective roles, that they have a sense of project ownership, that processes are followed, and that teams are self-managed.
  • Candidate Educational & Professional Experience Requirement : Bachelors / Master’s degree in Computer Engineering / Computer Science.
  • 12+ Years, Proven work experience on software projects related to Dot Net, Web Development, Embedded Development, Cloud Deployment etc.
  • CSM and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certifications. - Preferred.* *Competency Requirements Ability to work with minimal direction in a very dynamic and timeline critical work environment.
  • Detailed understanding of agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures. DevOps Boards, DevOps Queries Qualitative / Quantitative Reporting.
  • Must have exceptional communication, organization, and time leadership skills* Ability to coach the team to reach their highest potential .
  • Ability to understand technical issues. Flair to learn domain related topics.* Knowledge of other Agile approaches : XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc.
  • Knowledge and / or experience with modern software development techniques : , Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Test driven development* Knowledge and hands on practice on SDLC, STLC aspects.
