gCare strives to deliver against advertiser goals through Media Operations (MediaOps) management at all phases of the process.

gCare Practice acts as a Center of Excellence to help enable and transform work done by 800+ Googlers, 2,000+ vendor partners, and external agencies by increasing skills, building solutions, driving product innovation, and identifying areas of efficiency within our operations.

Every practitioner in gCare MediaOps relies on a catalog of Planning Tools to unearth insights and build recommendations for our advertisers and sellers.

Behind this suite of tools is a Planning Tool Product Lead, who is accountable for understanding the global needs of the business and identifying tool gaps and opportunities.

As the Product Lead for Planning Tools, you will work closely with Product Managers to crystallize the tool capabilities needed by the MediaOps practitioner community.

You will also be at the epicenter of feature adoption by MediaOps, accountable for designing workflows and training for practitioners to integrate tool enhancements into the DNA of their recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a clear vision to reduce tool proliferation within MediaOps through integrating critical features into the engineering-owned Planning Tools suite.
  • Work closely with Product Managers and Engineering to understand the Planning Tools Roadmap and influence prioritization based on gCare MediaOps’ needs.
  • Deliver and operationalize programs with robust project management, stakeholder management, and process management techniques.
  • Influence or challenge business partners / leaders of existing tool suite.

  • Identify community insights and translate those needs into Product Requirements Documents (PRD) for Engineering.
  • Measure effectiveness and make recommendations for ongoing improvement leading to impact.
  • Minimum qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in marketing operations and digital marketing.
  • Experience in program and stakeholder management.
  • Experience in analyzing data.
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • Ability to adapt your message to the technical level of the audience and to present technical materials to groups of any size and background.
  • Ability to influence upward with senior leadership and work with global teams.
  • Demonstrated operational excellence, problem-solving, and execution skills.
