Required skills :
4to 8 years of related experience in data analysis
Understandingof market research and analysis techniques
Excellentanalytical skills and solid understanding of statistical techniques
Experienceapplying statistical analysis techniques and explaining the results to non- technical decision-makers in an actual business(non-academic) setting
Experiencein using Tableau, Minitab, SAS, SPSS, STATA, R, Excel VBA, and / or other dataanalysis tools
Proficientin MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio) software
Excellentpresentation skills and the ability to engage others and use a data basedapproach to help persuade people from the positions and assumptions because ofthe clarity of your approach

Leveragetools to automate standard monthly and quarterly trending data, enabling nearreal time access to live trend data
Analyze large volumes of quantitative andqualitative data, interpret results, and develop actionable insights andrecommendations
Identify and scope potential continuousimprovement projects to improve on metrics that critical to quality
Prepare and deliver polished presentationsin-person, over the phone and through webinars
Ensure high quality and accurate reporting tobusiness partners
Perform periodic audits of various qualitydata sources including but not limited to complaints, non-conformances, deviations,CAPA’s and debits.
Additionally, track the accuracy of these data sources andcreate trending reports to present this information
Generate ad hoc trending reports assigned bymanager.
ITGraduate (BE, BTech, MCA) preferred.
