Job Description :
The Finance Coordinator will assist with administrative and finance activities for the Information Technology Services business unit to include monthly reconciliations and expense reporting.
This resource will primarily be responsible for SAP data entry for technology purchasing activities in accordance with policies and procedures.
Other duties include proactively tracking goods received to include asset information, vendor agreements for renewal and serve as the main point of contact for Corporate IT and Service Desk supply and component ordering to ensure standards are followed.
Assist the Finance Analyst and Sr. Manager of Technology Services Finance with financial reporting, variance analysis, budget and information gathering, and other special projects as assigned.

This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Technology Services Finance.
