Responsibilities :

  • Managing user accounts across (Creation / deletion / management) different platforms like Windows - Active Directory, UNIX, SAP, RACF etc
  • Run ad-hoc reports and troubleshoot access and profile issue
  • Work closely with internal teams, customer and third party vendors on RACF on a consolidation project
  • Lead RACF security projects for a complex mainframe environment
  • Analyse RACF security requirements and define appropriate RACF access rules or profiles
  • Reviewing and analyse daily activity and create violation summary and detail reports
  • Manage employee onboarding process as it relates to technology ensuring new users are set up with required access to IngramMicro systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot / resolve issues related to security and permissions pertain to Active Directory and knowledge on group policy / delegation of rights
  • Regularly perform housekeeping duties to keep OU hierarchy clear of stale, unused, expired, and other no longer needed objects
  • Install and manage security reporting tools used to monitor changes to the Active Directory.
  • Conduct routine and regular ongoing reviews of security audit and control procedures.
  • Understanding of audit and compliance requirements. Work closely with Auditors, walkthrough process & policy.
  • Provide solution / remediation / process for audit / compliance issues
  • Lead and motivate the team on the process and new initiatives
  • Requirements :

  • Good understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM tools.
  • Working knowledge of ticketing system- Service Now, would be an added advantage
  • Hands-on experience in Exchange Management Console (EMC) : Creating / Managing Mailboxes, Groups Personal folders and other exchange properties would be an added advantage
  • Overall 8+ of experience in handling user administration with In-depth knowledge on RACF, AD, Mainframe
  • Extensive experience with RACF / Mainframe profile configuration & management, account access, profile allocation and assignments
  • Experience in access role development and maintenance and defining application-level roles / groups and permissions to ensure secure authentication and authorisation mechanisms are aligned with policies, standards and as appropriate, best practices.
  • Knowledge on Change Auditor is plus
  • Basic Qualification :

  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Able to multi-task, to be self-initiated and work independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required
  • Knowledge and skill to provide computer security administration in an enterprise multi-domain environment.
  • Skill in principles and practices of effective customer relations and oral communication, including meeting facilitation and consulting with application team
