Job descriptionWork closely with all quantum teams to oversee the proper functioning of all equipment.Check with the Operations team / Administration Team to ensure that the quality and quantity are being maintained accordingly.

Apply and maintain any controls stipulated by operations / administration Team.Ensure that the highest possible standards are attained and maintained.

Perform duties whenever required to maintain a perfect satisfaction of the Guest & Management.Daily inspection of premises for cleanliness and hygiene.

Takes corrective actions as and when required.Responsible for training of the staff.Preparation of duty rosters and schedules for staff involved in all activities.

Responsible for the grooming, uniform standards, cleanliness, hygiene and overall attitude of the support staff.Ensure that employees under his / her control are adequately briefed and experienced for the job they are assigned and that they have received appropriate safety training.

Procurement (cash and credit purchase) of commodities and proper storage of the same (wherever applicable).Be creativity and show ingenuity to improve utility, productivity and cost control.

Actively participate with the implementation and on-going evaluation of preventive maintenance systems.On-time submission of monthly requisition of cleaning / disposable materials, stationary, F & B material and cash.

These requisitions should be done on prescribed formats.Keep a strict control on the maintenance off all equipment provided on location.

Coordination and responsibility of monthly reporting (Petty cash statement, attendance sheet, overtime sheet, management of control etc.

Check all daily formats prepared by the different departments on site.Coordinate work to fit daily schedule in collaboration with Operations Team.

Plan and oversee the scheduling of work and vacations of all the reportees.Know current safety regulations.Report any complications.

Consult Operation team / Administration team / Legal Team if unsure of action to take.Apply and follow the policies, procedures & contractual obligations.

Ensure that all administration, legal documents are kept up to date and available for inspection by management and legal authorities.

Responsibilities / Non-Essential FunctionsMaintain professional appearance at all times.Participate in all scheduled meetings.
