Roles & Responsibilities :
Thought leader and subject matter expert for tools focusing on data movement and work with cloud engineers and customers to implement cloud solutions by developing utilities for migration, storage and processing on AWS Cloud
Ensure optimal design & implementation of ETL / ELT solutions with automated job workflows, testing scenarios and data monitoring processes
Engaged in data strategy / roadmap developments, platform assessments, building cloud cost optimization solutions. Lead, provide advice on Enterprise-wide Data Governance Programs including Master Data Management.
Demonstrate understanding of traditional legacy data warehouse systems and state of the art cloud architectures
Resource Management Potentially leading and / or guiding a team of other team members involved in Data ingestion / ETL work effort
Ensure design and implementation of technologies that comply with security standards and application architecture principles (in alignment with platform architects and respective review boards)
Communicate with a wide set of teams, including Infrastructure, Network, Engineering, DevOps, SiteOps teams, & cloud customers and design & lead building of advanced tooling for automation,testing, monitoring, administration, and data operations across multiple cloud clusters
Build trust and strong relationships with Business and Technology stakeholders
Push forward the performance of the team to strengthen capabilities in alignment with Quantiphi strategies and priorities
Skills Required :
Preferred Technical Expertise :
10+ years of professional experience in the data (building and optimizing ETL solutions) & analytics space
Data to AI platform architecture design and implementation (Big Data, Data Warehouse, Data
Integration, Master Data Management and / or Cloud Data) ,working at least 4 years as an architect Programming (Java / Python, SQL)
Cloud or Cloud native platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP (certificates preferred)
Apache Hadoop Ecosystem
Data Processing, Data Ingestion Batch and Realtime, Traditional ETL and ELT Data Modeling Structured and Unstructured Data
Deployment Lifecycle DevOps Processes
Preferred Professional Expertise :
Experience in leading, consulting and implementing data management transformation consulting projects Analytic thinking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent client management skills and ability to work with clients to develop a vision, strategy and roadmap
Outstanding proven verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Ability to adapt quickly to changing product scope and priorities (demand driven)
