We are hiring IT Recruiter / Team member who can handle the entire recruiting cycle - souring, screening, interviewing and placing qualified talent for contract, contract-to-hire and permanent / full-time positions.
Note : Immediate joiners only, Location Hyderabad.
Ability to work in a team of Recruiters.
Should work on Assigned daily / weekly / monthly targets for the team.
Ensuring the targets to be achieved.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled.
Excellent knowledge in Job portal searches such as Naukri / Indeed / LinkedIn Recruiter / Monster / CBZ, referral, personal contact, social networking sites.
Sourcing / Screening profiles based on job specifications and skill sets as per client’s requirements.
Should be able to coordinate EoE Recruitment from shortlisting, cold calling, and scheduling interviews and hiring.
Should be able to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience of 3+ years of IT recruiting experience in a matrixed, fast paced environment is required.
Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
Familiarity with social media and other professional networks (Freshteam, LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed)
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills, Negotiating with candidates.
Strong decision-making skills
Good experience in validating the resumes and suitability of the candidate.
