    THE ROLE

    You will be contributing to the success of SITAby Workingtogether

    Providefinancial support to the relevant business team by :

  • Producing and controlling the period (monthly Quarterly & Yearly) Endresults
  • Performing necessary analysis of reporting closing results
  • Doing the Financial controlling and support for small to medium projects
  • Preparing reports for monthly reviews with P&L / cost owners
  • Completing the monthly forecast (at required detailed level)
  • Participating to the budgeting process preparing the settlement of interlockreviews with relevant parties
  • Confirm and validate integrity of results recorded by :

  • Ensuring alignment between Statutory reporting and Management reportingresults
  • Confirming IFRS and accounting policies compliance
  • Supporting the Audit activity
  • Playing an active role in the Balance Sheet control activity
  • Play a support role in the BAB process by :

  • Checking alignment with the corporate governance model for every BABsubmission
  • Providing inputs to the financial modelling and pricing support during thepreparation process of new contract proposal
  • Play an active role in product or project development by :

  • Providing financial support to evaluate and simulate financial scenarios
  • Draft of the product profitability or project costing
  • Play an active role in project controlling :

  • Support small to medium deals project control
  • Verify the accuracy of project accounting
  • Play an active role in Cost Controlling :

  • Apply SITA standard methods and guidelines of costs allocation rules
  • Verify the accuracy of costs allocation through monthly / quarterly / yearlyreports
  • Provide consistent and standard cost analysis across regions and business
  • Involved in the financial control activities by :

  • Ensuring alignment with capitalization best practices
  • Ensuring alignment with tax compliance activities
  • Ensuring alignment with corporate practices and standards
  • Providefinancial support to the relevant business team by :

  • Qualifications

    EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

    Minimum 2 to 3 years work experience preferablywithin a large international company with a matrix business structure

  • Experience in shared service centre is an advantage
  • Management Accounting
  • Financial and Budget Control experience
  • Knowledge of Financial Systems is key (Competence in Excel. Access andEssbase are mandatory)
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Quality control skills
  • Quick learner. Eager to invest in business understanding
