Reporting to : Senior Director - Alternatives Business, Pune
Duties & responsibilities
Responsible for generating supply (greenfield & brownfield opportunities) for Alternative Asset Classes on Outright Sale / Rent / Management Contract etc.
Maintaining of Supply Database for each Alternative Asset Class (collecting and collating data within team and within other teams in JLL).
Cold calls to Landowners / Developers / Investors to generate leads on supply / opportunities.
Prepare Information Memorandums, Investor / Operator Presentations with regards to Transaction Opportunities.
On-ground support in servicing Transaction Mandates by facilitating Site Visits and coordinating for meetings.
Ensuring strong supply pipeline for each of the Alternative Asset Classes and quick turnaround time in terms of sharing options sheets / IM and other supporting database on City / Micro Markets / Sector.
Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Oral)
Should have proficiency in MS (word, excel, power points)
Aggressive and Go-Getter
Collaborative & Team Player
Real Estate Understanding & ability to communicate in local language will be an added advantage
Candidate should be Graduate
1.5 to 2 years’ previous work experience
Preference for candidate from Hospitality / Banking / Consulting background
