To drive Nokia’s and our Customers success Nokia requires highly effective internal IT capabilities across Marketing, Sales, Pre-Sales / Tendering and Post-Sales Service customer engagement, digitally and face to face.

The Design and Realization of such Capabilities will be executed in Nokia’s global IT Business Applications department. The Commercial IT team there is seeking innovative and passionate Solution and Technical specialists who share our vision of bringing excellence in all of Nokia’s Digital Customer interactions with specific focus on CPQ (Configure-Price-Quote) transformation.

The Commercial IT team will be responsible for successfully creating enterprise Digital Customer experiences using Salesforce.

com, Apttus and AppExchange application solutions and services and integrating Salesforce.com with other enterprise systems and AppExchange partners.

Ideally, you have knowledge of CRM and CPQ processes and solutions and hold certifications of Salesforce.com and Apttus CPQ.

Job Role purpose

Technical software expert, executing software development including research, design, programming, and testing of operating or new software.

Supporting business and IT to adapt digital technologies faster and to improve application or solution performance.

Job Responsibilities & Competencies

  • Analyses technical requirements and translates them into implementable SW designs and configurations. Evaluates possibilities with different technologies and platforms
  • Analyses ideas and demands for technology and architectural fit and provides technical estimates that can be used by program owner for cost / benefit analysis.
  • Codes, develops, builds, modifies, configures and proposes detailed technical solutions utilizing existing or new technologies

  • Follows agile and / or PM practices
  • Aligns the implemented solution that it is in line with the solution design
  • Provides production support right after go-live
  • Analyses and studies complex systems requirements and troubleshoots and resolves issues in existing software or solution
  • Prepares software design, configuration and technical implementation documentation
  • Participates in prototyping, pilots and PoC’s
  • Takes care of solution integration and provisioning
  • Designs and implements system security
  • Connects and automates data sources, along with building visualizations
  • Proactively follows the digital market technologies and trends and innovations
  • Provides technical guidance for projects or solution designs
  • Develops, builds and deploys solution configurations based on tool knowledge and deep technical and software programming and coding skills
  • Tests software and is responsible for the quality of software development and deployment. Performs automated and manual tests to ensure the software created by developers is fit for purpose.
  • Handles test planning, risk mitigation and prevention of software issues

  • At least 3 years experience using CRM, Pre-Sales, Sales and Service Applications. (Specifically, SaaS based)
  • Familiar with cloud architecture
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in Telecommunications / Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent
  • 3-6 years’ experience in a comparable role
  • Admin Salesforce.com and Apttus CPQ Product Certifications
  • Scrum Master Certification
  • Experience in working with Agile methodology
  • Ability to drive, strong influencing skills and lead without formal power and line authority
  • Sound methodical skills with attention to detail and process requirements
  • Capability to multi-task and prioritize to ensure timely deliveries
  • Comfortable with working with multiple stakeholders in a multi-cultural environment of a global matrix organization with sensitivity and partnering
  • Excellent presentation, networking and communication skills

  • High energy, initiative, enthusiasm and persistence
  • Fluent written & spoken English
  • 3-5 years experience in Salesforce platform
  • Experience with Test Automation
