Should be a proactive communicator and change agent, who can successfully balance Operations, Onboarding & Recruitment needs with business objectives to create integrated solutions.
Independently leading Pre and Post Joining, onboarding process along with Pre-engagement activities for new joiners.
Ensure required documentation is received and reflected in the appropriate systems.
You will also partner with different teams within HR to ensure a seamless process at transition points such as onboarding.
Independently manage all contractor and intern life cycle events which includes a managing end to end offer letter management.
Candidate Experience Management : Provide best in class candidate experience through all candidate touchpoints.
Data Analysis & Interpretation : Understands, collects data and pulls reports from different tools and create quality insights.
You will work to maintain relationships with external vendors that include vendor bills and that its paid-on time. Track the recruitment budget expenses.
Qualifications and Experience Required
2 to 3 years of work experience in activities which includes issuing Pre & post candidate engagement, Joining formalities, 1st-
day experience, HR operation, etc.
Ability to identify interdependencies within systems or processes and opportunities of efficiency
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact at all levels; good listeneProficient with MS Office, specifically MS Excel (i.
e. pivot tables, charting, VLOOKUP, intermediate formulas) and MS PowerPoint
Experience in ATS or HR workflow tools would be preferable
