Responsibilities and Duties :

  • Must have experience working as IT / Technical recruiter and Team management with a large staffing firm working with USA clients.
  • Should be able to understand highly technical Information Technology Job Description and identify candidates accordingly.
  • Strong work experience on w2. Data mining through job portals & other direct sources
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Well versed using Job boards like CareerBuilder, Dice, Monster, and Knowledge of resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Searching for candidates from our database / Headhunting / Social Networking
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships with account managers and client managers.
  • Responsible for end to end handling IT requirements from US-based clients. State / Govt / Federal client recruitment experience preferred
  • Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submitting (quality of submission) into interview and placement. Take care of Lateral hiring
  • Responsible for full-cycle recruiting : Sourcing the candidates, screening them, Interview coordination, rate negotiation and hand-holding all the way till closure.
  • Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status
  • Well versed in US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.
  • Create Job descriptions, Mass mailing, Job posting etc., able to do multi-tasking
  • Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
