Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Extensive business development or sales experience in the Education arena
  • Must be from Higher Education background with Target-Driven Approach
  • Must have previous experience in dealing with educational institutions through product or services
  • Must have strong and influential connections in the Education Industry
  • Driven self-starter with a proactive approach to serving professionals at all levels in a client-oriented environment
  • Possess excellent communication, listening and presentation skills, extremely enthusiastic, motivated and aggressive
  • Strong negotiation skills, closing skills and diligent follow-up skills
  • Channel Management or Key Business Account management
  • Must be able to Define, Forecast Business and Activities for different Regions or Territory
  • Work closely with the stakeholders to develop and grow the sales pipeline consistently to meet quarterly revenue goals
  • Provide team leadership and coaching
  • Strive for team consensus and win-win agreements
  • Coach and help develop team members and help resolve dysfunctional behavior
  • Provide status reporting of team activities against the program plan or schedule
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics
  • Discover training needs and provide coaching
