Job Overview

  • Ensuring that 100% SLA of customers are met and there is 0% delay due to maintenance
  • Monitor the KMPH per breakdown and leverage technology to bring it to levels better than in industry
  • Usage of technology to bring complete automation in the maintenance
  • Work closely with the tech team to implement the state of the art data gathering techniques that improve the performance of Company trucks in operation
  • Work closely with vendors who give unparalleled support in maintaining the assets of the organization
  • Ensure timely onboarding of new vehicles and stick to timelines in getting the assets on board
  • Drive safety as a focus among the pilots in a way to ensure zero accidents.
  • Manage inventory effectively to drive down costs and also bring an improvement in performance
  • Analyze data closely to understand trends and opportunities to drive best asset utilization and better industry standards
  • Establish SOPs to ensure that standardized processes are created and implemented across the organization
  • Core Responsibilities :

  • Manage a large team to drive the overall agenda of Company managed fleet
  • Work closely with the ops team to drive business KPIs in a way that they are met while following the standard SOPs
  • Handle complex data sets and derive clear insights to drive initiatives
  • Framing guidelines and processes to bring an improvement in the overall achievement of business metrics
  • Bring about efficiency while also driving performance excellence
  • Coordinate with different teams and functions to achieve the overall performance metrics
  • Ensure process maps and workflows are in place and validated regularly
  • Come up with fresh insights and frameworks that can contribute to the improvement of performance
  • Take business performance to the next level by ideating and executing projects undertaken
  • Identify and mentor top down improvement projects
  • Lead and facilitate high impact projects, with an ability to simplify complex processes in alignment with business requirements
  • Act as a change agent for implementing improved processes
