About the role
The Software Engineering role requires you to be a strong contributor towards various projects with a emphasis on delivering high quality code while adhering to a advanced Software Development Lifecycle.
It will involve defining and solving complex problems in a Internet Scale Production environment with the highest levels of quality.
Proactively ideate, identify, develop solutions to problems
Take ownership of deliverables while maintaining a good understanding of the overall business requirements
Work with various stakeholders to evolve and deliver solutions
Setting and maintaining accountability for high quality design, code and development practices
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 1-4 years of work experience.
Strong grasp of fundamentals - object-oriented design, data structures algorithms
Knowledge in Java / Python / Ruby / Go
Good understanding of Linux environment
Knowledge of NoSQL database, RDBMS technologies
Understanding multi tiered distributed architectures and fundamentals of system performance
Passionate about Performance, Scale and Availability
Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions
Excellent communication and problem solving / debugging skills
Ability to work independently and own problem statements end-to-end
Ability to work with minimal guidance as an individual
Experience working as part of Agile team.
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
Nice to haves :
Experience with distributed processing / machine learning
Experience with HTML / CSS / JS / Web Servers is an added advantage
