We're looking for -

The Client Services / Ad Operations Team Manager, who is responsible for building a team and primarily maintaining partnerships with clients and businesses that spend on advertising with Kritter.

You will work with Clients to grow businesses, provide operational expertise, support operational implementation. Also, assist them in identifying growth and upsell opportunities.

You will also be the lead point of contact for clients, liaise between cross-functional internal teams and clients to ensure successful execution of campaigns.

This will require daily interaction with our Clients as well as internal teams.

What you will be doing?

  • Develop and maintain strong trusting relationships with clients, drive high quality customer service.
  • Understand client ROI or other goals, objectives and data, media buying cycles, marketing philosophy, target demographics, etc.
  • Aide in the creation of strategic recommendations and implementation of custom solutions for various clients
  • Analyze data and produce reports on key metrics for optimization
  • Call out delivery / scaling issues and share actionable inputs with Clients / Product cum Engineering team.
  • Attend to all necessary queries related to campaign, handle and diffuse conflicts that arise with clients and their partners and ensure smooth execution of all campaigns.
  • Be part of any business call / presentation, as needed
  • Work on multiple systems - both proprietary and third party
  • Work with internal teams to identify and develop solutions that automate and improve internal and client ad ops and trafficking operations
  • What is expected out of you?

  • Strong digital media experience; advertising operations, account management and data analysis,
  • Excellent understanding of Ad Tech world
  • Ability to solve problems and identify opportunities through the use of analytics, category expertise and critical thinking
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a 'can do' attitude
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Customer focused, ability to identify and anticipate client's needs and exceed expectations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills. Exercise good judgment of proposing solutions to management for decision making. Good analytical and presentation skills is a plus.
  • Extreme attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and desire to exceed client expectations
  • Strong focus on teamwork and ability to manage relationships across multiple departments
  • Hands on knowledge of MS Office (mainly excel)
  • Flexibility to work during weekends, if required
