The Role

You will be responsible for :

Following up on payment with insurance companies and ensuring correct booking of received payments.

Preparing payment reconciliations, aging reports,s and Statements of AR.

Proactively engaging in continuous improvement initiatives for the AR process.

Supporting internal and external audit requirements.

Handling data entry tasks and collating and updating information into the system.

Assisting American doctors with their day-to-day requirements..

Providing ad hoc administrative support to the team as required.

Managing and maintaining executives’ schedules and appointments.

Ideal Profile

Fresher can apply

You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering India.

You are organized and have good interpersonal skills.

Experience within Calendar Management would be a strong advantage.

You are a strong networker & relationship builder

You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments

You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
