The OMC Digital marketing Analyst / Consultant will be responsiblefor :
Assist industry specialists on an industry's key challenges andimproving core marketing KPIs. This will help our team be able to then baselineand compare to the industry benchmark how a customer is currently performing ongenerating revenue from marketing tactics, and help with QBRs.
Tracking theKPIs over time will help establish the business value our solutions provide aswe tie these increases to specific marketing programs driven by our technology.

Help guide customers / prospects on how to make them morecompetitive by implementing and expanding their sophistication in using ourfeatures (like STO, Rapid Retargeter -
Responsys, and Lead scoring, salesprofiler - Eloqua, plus add-on of Maxymiser, Social and Infinity).
Constantly monitor the feature usage of our best customers anddraw valuable insights that could be used as best practices and benchmarks forother customers.
The outputs could also be used as basis for proposingrecommendations for effective utilization of products.
Analyze and report on sudden drops in usage of any particularfeature or part of the platform to product team so that they can pre-
empt andfix the problems before they become bigger problems.
Maintain a deep understanding of the Oracle Marketing Cloud’sSuite of products and how they bring value to Oracle marketing Cloud customers.
Monitor and analyze the feature usage of top 100 customers anddraw valuable insights that could be used as best practices and benchmarks forother customers.
Create work products to guide customers / prospects on how to makethem more competitive by implementing and expanding their sophistication inusing OMC features.
Engage with Customers through CSM team to ensure effectiveutilization of OMC products and ensure smooth renewals and reduce churn.
Customize presentations for specific customers and prospectsbased on templates developed with Industry Team and Outbound Product Marketing.
Experience and certifications onSocial / Eloqua / Responsys / Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms wouldbe a plus.
Detailed Description and Job Requirements Work as part of a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution.
Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project / product on schedule and within budget. As a member of the product development division, you will define product specifications and or strategy.
Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Communicate product strategy and functionality.
Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel.
BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
